Bill Dunn was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1977, following his graduation from Washburn University Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas. He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts.
Bill has tried hundreds of jury trials, both civil and criminal. The subject matter ranges from the defense of D.U.I. charges to first degree murder, as well as the handling of civil lawsuits ranging from cases involving boundary disputes to personal injury and denial of civil rights. He has tried cases in both the U.S. District Courts for the District of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri. He has briefed and argued state and federal appeals, both criminal and civil.
Bill is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He brings to his practice a genuine desire to right wrongs and defend the unjustly accused.
